REFUND POLICY
• 100% refund including the software admin fee if class/camp is
canceled by Community Services.
• 100% refund, less $10 processing fee and software admin fee, will
be given to written requests two weeks prior to the start of the class/
camp.
• We are unable to accommodate refund requests after this time frame,
including illness. Customer cancellation/refund requests MUST be in
writing sent to [email protected].
• Injury requests for refunds are considered on a case-by-case for
a partial refund. Documentation is required from a healthcare
provider for consideration.
•We do not allow transfer of registrations between students,
accounts, classes or camps.
•Students with disruptive behavior may be removed from the class/
camp with no refund given.
•Class/camp fees are not prorated for late enrollment, missed
classes, non-attendance or inclement weather.
